Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, we can help you navigate the band experience.
Our staff will take you from concept to concert. Other than helping you learn the basic skills of your instrument, we also teach essential skills like band theory, chart reading, and PA equipment use, making sure you get the most out of your band experience.
Our Rock Band program will give you the opportunity to rehearse rock and pop songs, learn valuable performance techniques, and play different kinds of shows throughout the year.
What to Expect
You get to name your band, help with song selection, and learn how to draw a crowd to your show – always held at a fun, local location. Each band is assigned an experienced staff member as a band manager to guide the band and ensure the best possible experience for all.
We offer bands for both kids and adults, and we’ll work with you to find the perfect time and band for you. We can even assign you to a band, or you can sign up with your existing band!
Performance Opportunities
At Mike Risko Music, we believe strongly in showcasing your progress. We offer regular opportunities for students and bands to perform at our unique showcases, held both in our building and throughout the community.
